Ingredients "ethvad", buttermilk
Details of Innovation To increase the production of bottle gourd (Lagenaria leucantha) and buffalo gourd (Cucurbita maxima), put ethvad (brick powder) and pour buttermilk at the root of the plants. This facilitates the growth of the vegetable plants. The quantity to be used is one-litre buttermilk for each plant and a small amount of brick powder. First put little brick powder. Eight days later, pour one litre buttermilk. Repeat the process after a week. About 3000 to 4000 kg of bottle gourd and buffalo gourd production can be obtained from one bigha of land, if the practice is maintained. This method was rechecked in December 2003 and June 2004.
