| Ingredients | Juice Of Water Spinach (Ipomoea Aquatica) |
| Details of Innovation | In Rajasthan, water spinach (Ipomoea aquatica) leaves are boiled in water and a juice is extracted from it. Sorghum (Sorghum bicolor) seeds are then boiled in this juice. Due to this, Sorghum seeds become poisonous. After drying, these seeds are placed near a rat burrow. The rats die after eating the poinsoned grain. The rat menace is controlled in this manner. |
