For the control of pest and disease in sorghum (Sorghum vulgare) and pearl millet (Pennisetum typhoides) crop, 100 g leaves of wind killer (Clerodendrum phlomidis), 100 g leaves of worm killer (Aristolochia bracteata) and 100 g "chhandasan" are pounded and extract is obtained. This extract is applied as a seed treatment before sowing them into the field. Thus, the crop is saved of the problem.
This practice controls sixty to seventy per cent of the pest and disease problem.
Twenty per cent people are using this practice in the village.
