Details of Innovation Use of cow dung to control aphids in Medicago sativa. This insect has particularly been noticed in monsoon and winter. It damages and destroys the upper portion of the tender part and does not allow it to grow. Insects are small in size and black in color. To control this, when insects are noticed in aphids, water supplied to the crop is mixed with cow dung. A thick paste of cow dung is kept in a tank so that it gets mixed along with water. This process, if applied twice or thrice, reduces aphid substantially. The effect of this made based on effect 25 to 30 controlled, and there is no specific advances that can be controlled. There is no specific adverse effect - this medicine affects insects indirectly.
