| Details of Innovation | Worms found in capsicum enter into the internal pulp of capsicum and damage the fruit, which affects the yield of capsicum fruit. To control worms, flour of Bajri buttermilk and a little powder of Nirma are mixed in a pot and buried underground for one week in the scrap /waste area. After one week, the pot is dug out; sometimes, fumes are seen from the pot. Because of fermentation, it is difficult to filter the medicine, so it is sprayed directly with the help of a grom-stick. This medicine is applied 3-4 times with an interval of 15 days. For many years, this medicine is used by farmers of nearby villages who had learned it from him. This medicine is also used in Brinjal (Solanum melongena ) and has not been used in any other plant. By using Bajri-flour, Nirma powder, and Buttermilk, worms are destroyed in capsicum and avoid the whiteness of capsicum. This method ncreases yield and stops falling by. T |
