Details of Innovation	At the time of plantation, if we put groundnut (Arachis hypogaea) seeds in a proportionate distance, then the plant gets more space to grow and the roots go deep into the soil. If we plant the seed closely, the roots will come above the surface as they do not get enough space to go deep in the soil. This affects the production body. If we use plow at the time of plantation, the plants will get enough space to grow. Therefore, there is a vast difference in plantation with hand and with harrow with two teeth. The groundnut production will become double plantation without harrow is easily equal to 500kg extra production while plantation with harrow gives 25 to 28 (mum) equal to 200 to 800 kg though its method is difficult given good result this method given 4 to 5 % extra crop. This method is self-developed. It is adopted by 20 to 30% of the farmers in the region. It requires the use of more labor.
