| Details of Innovation | Shankarbhai Valjibhai, residing in Chachka village of Chuda Taluka, made an indigenous harrow that could be easily fitted in bullet motorcycle. This harrow can easily remove weeds from the farms and the motorcycle, can be used to spray insecticides. This process saves time as well as labour cost. To draw harrow, small wheels are attached to the back of frame, which are adjustable. Interculturing operation can be done effectively with this bullet motorcycle, as removing of weeds without damaging the cotton (Gossypium hirsutum) crop. Innovator himself has attached this harrow to the bullet motorcycle. It is a self-developed method. While driving the motorcycle, it is important to keep a check on the speed. |
