Details of Innovation	Gopal Bhinse has devised a bicycle hoe by fixing a weeder and blade to the wheel of the cycle. The idea for this machine came to him on seeing a man carry four quintals of flour on his bicycle. He knew that by use of wheels, work efficiency could be increased four to five times. Later he also devised a tiller. This tiller can cultivate to a depth of 3/4 inch. He does most of his farming operations with the help of this device. He no longer requires bullocks for his farming operations.
