Precautions
Procedure of Use Animal gets sprain in leg due to fighting with each other, or by injury due to some instrument, or by falling in bumpy land. To cure this problem, 100 g flowers mahua (Madhuca indica), 25 g turmeric (Curcuma longa) powder, 25 g common salt, 50 g jaggery, 50 g leaves of tooth brush tree (Salvadora persica) and 50 g leaves of tanners cassia (Cassia auriculata) are all mixed together and boiled in one litre of water. Boil it for five minutes and then allow it to cool to prepare the paste. Apply this paste at the sight of sprain and tie a bandage over it for two to three days to provide complete relief. This is traditional practice used by the people of this area since many years.
