Ranchhodbhai Patel, of Mehsana district in Gujarat, describes a simple method to induce heat in animals, in which the exctreta of birds are used. <p>
According to Patel, give about five to ten grams of the excreta of pigeons or hens to the heifer every day for three or four days. <p>
Patel had used this practice successfully for four years when his buffalo did not come into heat. </p> |
