Precautions
Procedure of Use Many a time animals get hurt, either by wounds inflicted by some sharp implement or other means. The wound continues to bleed. In order to stop this bleeding, Kamuben Vitthalbhai Patel of the Mehsana district of Gujarat makes a paste to apply to the wound in animals. Patel mixes fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) powder and the juice of the leaves of a vegetable called guwar or Clusterbean(Cyamopsis tetragonoloba) and applies this to the wound. The bleeding stops on the application of this paste.
