| Procedure of Use |
Farmer Becharbhai Samalbhai Devaganiya treat cattle with sweeling in neck or ulcer in mouth. When cattle is affected by the swelling in the neck or ulcer in mouth, then he takes 50 gram lump sugar in half liter water to be dissolved with 100 gram turmeric and 100 gram Pilludino-mool (kind of tree) (solanum nigrum) juice. When this mixture is ready, provide to the cattle through a hollow pipe. If the cattle is less than four years old then given daily one hollow pipe mixture is to be provided.If it is more than 4 years old then for three days, two times. The farmer is capable of making this mixture. |

It can be caused by an increase in local hydrostatic pressure such as from abscessed submandibular lymph nodes blocking lymph drainage or grass seeds blocking salivary ducts. Most commonly it is caused by reduced oncotic pressure as a result of systemic anaemia and hypoproteinaemia. |
