| Procedure of Use | Kantubhai Nadoda from the Malanpur village in the Patadi taluka in Surendranagar district in Gujarat makes use of the pollen of pearl millet to release urinary blockage in bullocks. The seed-setting stage of pearl millet is known locally as Dudhiyo, which means milk-stage. Nadoda collects the pollen of this plant by gently running the fingers on the flowerheads. This is mixed with water and given to the bullock for releasing the urinary blockage. |
