Many a times cow, buffalo and other animals are affected by abscess. The affected part bulges out. It is very painful for the animal and it limps while walking. Animal-keeper Lubhabhai Dulabhai from Bhavnagar district of Gujarat heals the abscess by a paste made of 100 g crushed mesquite (Prosopis juliflora ) leaves mixed with 100 g jaggery. He applies the paste on the abscess-affected area for one week. This completely heals the abscess. Lubhabhai has been using this traditional remedy over many years and it gives no side effect to animal.. |
