Precautions
Procedure of Use For treatment, the dislocated part is first bandaged with bamboo strips. Thereafter, common fallow (Litsea glutinosa), Indian bdellium (Commiphora mukul), mango ginger (Curcuma amada) and carbonate of soda ("sajikhar") - these four ingredients are taken in equal proportion, powdered and made into a paste, adding water as required. The paste is then smeared on the site of dislocation and the leg is bandaged with cotton wool and cloth. This generally cures the dislocation of bone.
