| Procedure of Use | For treatment of constipation and urine retention in animal, 800 g to 1 kg roots of "roh" plant are pounded in a mortar and then boiled in water for half an hour. Thereafter, the decoction is filtered through a cloth, cooled, and administered to the animal twice in a single day. The animal starts passing stool and urine in 8 - 10 hr and the distention of abdomen reduces and it also becomes soft. |
