| Procedure of Use |
When an animal is down with sunstroke, Jagubhai Vadiya feeds it rice meal twice a day for four days. First, he takes 100 grams bishop weeds (Carum copticum), 100 grams jaggery and 100 grams rice gruel (Oryza sativa) and mixes the three ingredients. The rice meal is ready. This is fed to the affected animal twice a day for four consecutive days. This practice successfully cures the animal of effects of heat stroke. In case of young ones and growing heifers, this medication should be proportionately reduced, as otherwise the young ones may suffer diarrhoea |
